Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the TAMPiNO GmbH online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded with the order confirmation from TAMPiNO GmbH.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

4. Shipping

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping one TAMPiNO costs CHF 4.90. Shipping a TAMPiNO together with organic cotton tampons, or the organic cotton tampons alone, costs CHF 8.90. Shipping within Switzerland is free on orders from CHF 50.00.

5. Delivery

Delivery normally takes place within three to five business days after receipt of payment. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Payment methods

Payment is made using the methods offered in the online shop.

7. Returns

TAMPiNO and the organic cotton tampons are hygiene products. Returns and exchanges are excluded once a product has been opened or used.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@tampino.ch within five days of receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Unopened and unused items may be accepted for return in justified exceptional cases, subject to prior agreement by email. The customer pays the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

8. Warranty

Swiss statutory warranty provisions apply. Please report obvious defects as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

9. Liability

TAMPiNO is liable for damage only within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions. Liability for improper use of the products is excluded.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for order fulfilment and in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. Jurisdiction is at the registered office of TAMPiNO GmbH, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
