This pack contains 100 individually wrapped organic cotton tampons from Happy Mona: 50 Mini and 50 Normal. You have both absorbencies to hand, so you can choose for your flow.
Choose absorbency to suit your flow
Use the lowest absorbency that meets your needs. Follow the instructions and warnings on the tampon packaging. Each tampon is for single use.

How many tampons are in the pack?
You receive 100 organic cotton tampons from Happy Mona: 50 Mini and 50 Normal. Each tampon is individually wrapped. The pack contains both absorbencies.
Which absorbency should I choose?
Choose the lowest absorbency that meets your flow. This pack gives you Mini and Normal to choose between. Follow the instructions on the packaging too.
Do Mini and Normal fit TAMPiNO?
Yes. TAMPiNO is designed for both sizes. Fold the flap of the flexible sleeve (Spiralgleiter) in for Mini and Normal. Load a fresh tampon from the back, with its string in the guiding notch.
Is an applicator included in the pack?
No. The pack contains the 100 tampons. The reusable TAMPiNO and TAMPiCASE are sold separately. You can also use these tampons without our applicator, following their instructions.
Can I use a tampon again?
No. Each tampon is for single use. Use a new, individually wrapped tampon each time you change it. Only the cleaned applicator is reusable.
How should I store the tampons?
Keep them dry in their original packaging and open each individual wrapper just before use. Take a few wrapped spares with you when going out. Keep the pack’s instructions and warnings available.
